Our massage interns are advanced students gaining practical experience in a professional clinical environment while completing their Registered Massage Therapy program. Under the supervision of licensed therapists, they provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to support pain management, injury recovery, and overall physical wellness.
Intern massage apply a range of evidence-based techniques—including Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release—while working collaboratively with patients to address specific concerns, promote relaxation, and support overall wellness. Each session is conducted with a strong emphasis on clinical standards, hygiene, and patient-centered care in every session.
By integrating knowledge from their academic training with hands-on practice, our interns play a vital role in promoting healing and improving quality of life for our patients.
Intern massage is not covered by insurance. However, intern massage is available at a lower price than registered massage therapy and is a great option for those whose benefits have run out, or for those who don’t have insurance.
