(Intern Massage Therapist)
Rachel is a current student for registered massage therapy at Vancouver Career College and is expected to graduate in March 2020. She has successfully completed 200 practical clinic hours along with required courses such as human anatomy, massage theory, pathology, neurology etc. and will continue to gain more experience and knowledge throughout the rest of her school year.
She has also worked at multiple clinic outreaches such as BC Woman’s hospital for high risk pregnancy massage, Senior Homes for Parkinson, dementia, strokes, hemiplegia massage, BCIT and Metro Tower for students and office workers. Rachel is currently experimenting Swedish massage combined with GuaSha (traditional Chinese healing therapy) to reduce chronic tension headache and younger, healthier looking skin.
Rachel strongly believes massage therapy has a great deal on the infinite healing power within the human body, it is just a matter of how to activate our potential.
